Easter is a time of hope, as we celebrate the freedom and new life Christ obtained for us through his death and resurrection. As we look forward to restrictions easing we are planning a number of different types of events where we can meet to hear about and explore this hope, both online and in person. We'll be adding more events over the next couple of weeks so keep checking back to find something to suit you.
Join us either in person or online as we rejoice in the hope of Easter.
We will be meeting physically at the Civic Theatre in Stourport. Various measures have been put in place to ensure your safety, including wearing a face covering. However, you can be assured of the same warm welcome. You can find out more about joining us in person here.
You can also join us online on Zoom, YouTube or Facebook. You can find out more about joining online here.
Follow the trail...and discover the eggs that tell the tale.
Ten eggs will be hidden around Stourport Memorial Park. On each will be a letter you need to crack the code and a QR code you can scan using your phone to watch the 'eyewitnesses' tell the whole amazing story of what Jesus came to do at Easter! Once you've cracked the code, come and find us and you will receive a prize.
As well as sharing the joy of Easter, we want to remember the loved one we have lost to the virus over the past year, as well as those grieving and have suffered in so many other ways because of the virus. To do that we will be erecting a memorial cross in Stourport Memorial Park where people can come and add the names of those they know who have died. During our Easter Sunday Service we will remember each of those individuals and pray for all those grieving for them.
If you would like a name to be added to the memorial cross, you can come and add it in person, or submit it using the form below. If you would appreciate talking or praying with someone about your loss, we would like to help. Please tick the box and provide your contact details and someone will be in touch.
